9. In paragraph 6(1)(c) of Schedule 3 to the Industry Act 1975(1) (establishment of a tribunal), for “or an interim order” substitute “or an interim bankruptcy restrictions order, or a debt relief restrictions order or interim debt relief restrictions order under Schedule 4ZB of the Insolvency Act 1986”.
