11. In regulation 20(1)(b) of the Individual Savings Account Regulations 1998(1) (account manager ceasing to qualify), after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)a debt relief order is made in respect of the person (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986) or;”.
