In regulation 6(5)(a) of the Children’s Homes Regulations 200186 (fitness of registered provider)—
a
after “awarded” insert “or a moratorium period under a debt relief order (within the meaning of section 251A of the Insolvency Act 1986) applies in relation to him”;
b
omit “(in either case)”; and
c
after “discharged” insert “from the bankruptcy or the sequestration”.
