25. In paragraph 1(b) to the Schedule to the School Companies (Private Finance Initiative Companies) Regulations 2002(1) (individuals who cannot be members of a school PFI company), for “or an interim order” substitute “or an interim bankruptcy restrictions order, or a debt relief restrictions order or interim debt relief restrictions order under Schedule 4ZB to the Insolvency Act 1986”.
