38. In regulation 3(1)(b) of the Health Protection Agency Regulations 2005(1) (disqualification for appointment), after “or interim bankruptcy restrictions order” insert “, or a debt relief restrictions order or interim debt relief restrictions order under Schedule 4ZB to the Insolvency Act 1986,”.
