49.  In regulation 10(3) of the Duty Stamps Regulations 2006(1) (disqualification from being registered), after “(United Kingdom)” insert “or if he is a person in relation to whom a moratorium period under a debt relief order applies (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986)”.
