55.  In paragraph 5(b) of Schedule 2 to the School Governance (New Schools) (England) Regulations 2007(1) (bankruptcy), for “ or an interim order” substitute “or an interim bankruptcy restrictions order, or a debt relief restrictions order or interim debt relief restrictions order under Schedule 4ZB to the Insolvency Act 1986”.
