6.  In regulation 11(1)(b) of the National Health Service Trusts (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1990(1) (disqualification for appointment), for “or an interim order” substitute “or an interim bankruptcy restrictions order, or a debt relief restrictions order or interim debt relief restrictions order under Schedule 4ZB to the Insolvency Act 1986”.
