Regulation 27A is to be read as if—

a

in paragraph (1)—

i

at the end of sub-paragraph (d), “and” were omitted;

ii

in sub-paragraph (e), for “misconduct or gross misconduct as the case may be” there were substituted “gross misconduct”;

iii

at the end of sub-paragraph (e), there were inserted—

; and

f

where the officer concerned is a Condition C person, the Condition C special determination.
