Amendment of Regulation 2 of the ESA Regulations (interpretation)2
In regulation 2(1) of the ESA Regulations (interpretation), after the definition of “guaranteed income payment” insert—
“hardship payment” means an income-related employment and support allowance payable at a reduced rate in accordance with the provisions of regulation 64D;
