The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(1), 29(3) and (3A), 51(1) and (2), 52(4), 54 and 55(1) of the Child Support Act 19911 and sections 55(4) and 57(2) of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 20082.
