Amendment of the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Social Entitlement Chamber) Rules 2008

9.—(1) Schedule 1 to the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Social Entitlement Chamber) Rules 2008(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In the second column of the first entry (cases other than those listed below)—

(a) for paragraph (c)(i), substitute—

“(i) regulation 14 of the Child Support Maintenance Calculation Regulations 2012(2)”; and

(b) in paragraph (c)(ii) omit “or 3A(1)”.
