Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

12.  In rule 9.26A(1)(1)—

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (c), omit “or”;

(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (d), omit “.” and insert—

“; or

(e) Article 18 of the 2007 Hague Convention.”.
