Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

25.  In rule 34.31(1)(1)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (c) omit “or”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (d) omit “.” and insert—

“; or

(e) Article 23(5) of the 2007 Hague Convention.”.
