Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

28.  In rule 34.35(3)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (d), omit “or”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (e)(1), omit “.” and insert—

“; or

(f) Article 25 or 30 of the 2007 Hague Convention.”.
