Subject as follows, these Regulations extend only to England and Wales.

Regulations 1 to 3, 4(2), 6, 7 and 10 and Schedules 2 and 3 also extend to Scotland.

Regulations 1 to 3, 4(2), 7 and 10 and Schedule 3 also extend to Northern Ireland.

Any amendment, repeal or revocation made by these Regulations has the same extent as the enactment to which it relates.
