In the Welfare of Animals (Transport) (England) Order 2006 M1, in article 29 (enforcement), after paragraph (2) add—

Where the Secretary of State makes a direction under paragraph (2), the Secretary of State may delegate to the Director of Public Prosecutions functions in relation to the prosecution of an offence under this Order or under section 72 or 73 of the Act relating to this Order.
