Amendment of the Animals and Animal Products (Examination for Residues and Maximum Residue Limits) Regulations 1997 E+W

2.  In the Animals and Animal Products (Examination for Residues and Maximum Residue Limits) Regulations 1997 M1 , in regulation 23 (offences, penalties and enforcement), after paragraph (3) insert—

“(3A) The Secretary of State may delegate to the Director of Public Prosecutions functions in relation to the prosecution of an offence under these Regulations.”.
