25. In the Bluetongue Regulations 2008(1)—
(a)in regulation 27 (enforcement), after paragraph (2) add—
“(3) Where the Secretary of State makes a direction under paragraph (2), the Secretary of State may delegate to the Director of Public Prosecutions functions in relation to the prosecution of an offence under these Regulations.”; and
(b)in regulation 30(4) (publication of first review report), for “the end of” to the end substitute “24th August 2017”.
