Amendment of the Ozone-Depleting Substances (Qualifications) Regulations 200927
In the Ozone-Depleting Substances (Qualifications) Regulations 2009 M1, in regulation 7 (enforcement and authorised persons), after paragraph (4) insert—

Where the Secretary of State makes a direction under paragraph (4), the Secretary of State may delegate to the Director of Public Prosecutions functions in relation to the prosecution of an offence under these Regulations.
