31. In the Eggs and Chicks (England) Regulations 2009 M1, in regulation 17 (enforcement), after paragraph (3) insert—
“(3A) The Secretary of State may delegate to the Director of Public Prosecutions functions in relation to the prosecution of an offence under these Regulations.”.
