In the Environmental Protection (Controls on Ozone-Depleting Substances) Regulations 2011 M1—

in regulation 2 (interpretation), after the definition of “the EU Regulation” insert—
“marine area” has the meaning given in paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 1;

in regulation 7 (enforcement), after paragraph (2) insert—

Where the Secretary of State makes a direction under paragraph (2), the Secretary of State may delegate to the Director of Public Prosecutions functions in relation to the prosecution of an offence under these Regulations.

in regulation 8(3) (powers of enforcing authorities and persons authorised by them), for “offshore area” substitute “
