Amendment to Part 7 – application of CIL7
In regulation 59 (application to infrastructure)—
a
in paragraph (1) after the words “apply CIL to funding” insert “the provision, improvement, replacement, operation or maintenance of”;
b
in paragraph (2) after the words “must be applied to funding” insert “the provision, improvement, replacement, operation or maintenance of”;
c
in paragraph (3) after words “apply CIL to funding” insert “the provision, improvement, replacement, operation or maintenance of”; and
d
in paragraph (4) after the words “person to apply to funding” insert “the provision, improvement, replacement, operation or maintenance of”.
