F1An integrated care board must—
(a)
when requested to do so by the Board, provide its nomination pursuant to paragraph (1) as soon as is reasonably practicable; and
(b)
ensure that F1integrated care board members are, so far as reasonably practicable, available to participate in review panels.
(3)
Subject to regulation 27 (termination of appointment), the term of appointment of a chair, F1an integrated care board or a social services authority member is to be such period, not exceeding three years, as the Board specifies on making the appointment.
(4)
Subject to regulation 25 (disqualification for appointment), a chair, F1integrated care board member or social services authority member is to be eligible for reappointment on the termination of the period of that chair or member's term of appointment.
(5)
The Board must pay to a chair such remuneration and expenses as appear to it to be reasonable.
