The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(3), 41D(2) and (3), 41E, 51(1) and 52(4) of the Child Support Act 19911.
A draft of this instrument was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 52(2)(a) and (2A)(b)2 of that Act.
