Exclusion until 22nd July 2019 for EEE outside the scope of the 2008 Regulations6
Without prejudice to paragraphs 22 and 23 of Schedule 1, any EEE to which these Regulations apply but which was outside the scope of the 2008 Regulations may be made available on the market until 22nd July 2019 even if the EEE does not comply with the provisions of these Regulations.
