It is an offence for any person to contravene or fail to comply with any of the requirements of—
a
an enforcement notice; or
b
a recall notice.

A person convicted of an offence under sub-paragraph (1) is liable—
a
on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum;
b
on conviction on indictment, to a fine.
