9.—(1) It is an offence for any person to contravene or fail to comply with any of the requirements of—
(a)an enforcement notice; or
(b)a recall notice.
(2) A person convicted of an offence under sub-paragraph (1) is liable—
(a)on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum;
(b)on conviction on indictment, to a fine.
