81.—(1) The Environment Agency must continue to operate the UK Registry for the purposes of meeting the obligations of the United Kingdom referred to in [F1Article 5(1) of the Registries Regulation 2013] (obligations as a Party to the Kyoto Protocol F2 and under Article 6 of Decision No 280/2004/EC F3), and in that capacity is referred to in these Regulations as the “KP registry administrator”.
