1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Benefit (Amendment) Regulations 2012.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 1st January 2013.
(3) Regulations 3(2)(a), 4(2)(a), 5 and 6 come into force on 1st April 2013.
(4) In these Regulations—
“the Housing Benefit Regulations” means the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006(1); and
“the Housing Benefit (State Pension Credit) Regulations” means the Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006(2).
