12. In the note to rule 62.5 (Initial procedure on obstruction, disruption, etc.), in the fifth paragraph—
(a)for ‘section 12 of the Access to Justice Act 1999’ substitute ‘sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012(1)’; and
(b)omit ‘funded by the Legal Services Commission’.
