The Consumer Rights (Payment Surcharges) Regulations 2012

The Secretary of State, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 M1, in relation to matters relating to consumer protection M2, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of that Act.
