For rule 11 of the Statutory Committees and their Advisers Rules substitute—

“Period of membership of a statutory committee11.

No person—

(a)

may be appointed as a member of a particular statutory committee (including a chair or deputy chair) for a term of office that is longer than four years;

(b)

may serve as a member of the same committee for more than a total of eight years in any twenty year period.”.
