For rule 11 of the Statutory Committees and their Advisers Rules substitute—
Period of membership of a statutory committee11
No person—
a
may be appointed as a member of a particular statutory committee (including a chair or deputy chair) for a term of office that is longer than four years;
b
may serve as a member of the same committee for more than a total of eight years in any twenty year period.
