Under article 41 of the Charter of the United Nations, the Security Council of the United Nations has, by resolution 2009 (2011)1 adopted on 16th September 2011, called upon Her Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom and all other States to apply certain measures to give effect to decisions of that Council in relation to Libya.

Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in Her by section 1 of the United Nations Act 19462 and section 112 of the Saint Helena Act 18333, the British Settlements Acts 1887 and 19454 and of all other powers enabling Her to do so, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows—
