SCHEDULE 4Application of Article 16 to St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha

A person guilty of an offence under article 3(1), 4(3), 5, or 6(3) is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years or to a fine or to both.
