4.—(1) The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Social Entitlement Chamber) Rules 2008(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In rule 23 (cases in which the notice of appeal is to be sent to the decision maker)(2)—
(a)in paragraph (4), for “if the decision maker does not object” substitute “if neither the decision maker nor any other respondent objects”;
(b)in paragraph (7)(a), after “the decision maker” insert “or any other respondent”.

Rule 23 was amended by S.I 2009/1975.
