Coming into force

The Minister for the Cabinet Office makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(3) and (5), 6(1) and 17(6) of the Civil Contingencies Act 20041.

He has consulted the Scottish Ministers, the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland, and the Welsh Ministers2 as required by sections 14(1), 14A(1)3, and 16(1) of that Act respectively.

These regulations are made with the consent of the Welsh Ministers4 in so far as required by section 16(2) of that Act.
