In Schedule 10 to the principal Regulations—
a
in paragraph 2(2)(c), in sub-paragraph (ii) of the definition of “nature protection zone”, for “regulation 10(1) of the Conservation (Natural Habitats, &c) Regulations 1994” substitute “regulation 8(1) of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 20107”; and
b
in paragraph 2(2)(d), for “Napthalene” substitute “Naphthalene”.
