These Regulations may be cited as the Localism Act 2011 (Infrastructure Planning) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2012.

These Regulations shall come into force on 1st April 2012.

Any amendment to an instrument made by these Regulations shall have the same extent as the instrument to which it relates.
