General Rules 11 (Widows’ pensions: Members’ choices), 12 (Members’ choice of methods of payment of contributions), 13 (Plan M), 14 (Plan U), 15 (Plan L) and 16 (Election for Widower’s pension in respect of service prior to 1 December 1971) shall only apply to those Members who are subject to the Section A or Section B Rules.

In the Rules referred to in sub-paragraph (1) above, except where the context otherwise requires the expression “widow” and “his widow” shall respectively include “dependent widower” and “her dependent widower”.
