2. The Education (School Teachers’ Prescribed Qualifications, etc) Order 2003(1) is amended as follows.

S.I. 2003/1709; references to the Training and Development Agency for Schools were substituted for references to the Teacher Training Agency by virtue of paragraph 2 of Schedule 15 to the Education Act 2005 (c.18). Schedule 15 is repealed by paragraphs 30 and 33 of Schedule 5 to the Education Act 2011 (c.21) (not yet in force).
