These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities (Capital Finance and Accounting) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2012.

Regulations 1 to 3 shall come into force on 31st March 2012 and the remaining regulations (including the Schedule) shall come into force on 1st April 2012.

These Regulations apply only in relation to local authorities in England.
