6.—(1) The Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2008(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 7(1)(c)(iii) (circumstances where the condition that the assessment phase has ended before entitlement to the work-related activity component or support component arises does not apply)(2), for “2008”, substitute “2012(3)”.
