7. In regulation 3(1)(b)(ii) of the Service Charges (Consultation Requirements)(England) Regulations 2003(1) (management agreements between local authorities and certain bodies not to be qualifying long term agreements) after “Act 2000” insert “or section 1 of the Localism Act 2011”.
