3.—(1) Schedule 3 (amendments about the endorsement of driving records of all drivers)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 9 (amendments to section 99 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 which relates to the duration of licences), after sub-paragraph (6) insert—
“(6A) In subsection (7ZZA)—
(a)omit “and its counterpart” in both places, and
(b)omit “and counterpart”.”.
As at the date of these Regulations being made, section 10 of, and Schedule 3 to, the 2006 Act are yet to be commenced.
