PART 1 Provisions consequential upon transfer of functions from rent assessment committees for areas in England

Rent Act 1977

16.  In section 72(1) (effect of registration of rent)—

(a) for subsection (1)(b) substitute—

“(b) if the rent is determined by the appropriate tribunal, from the date when the tribunal make their decision.”;

(b) for subsection (2)(b) substitute—

“(b) if it is made by the appropriate tribunal, from the date when the tribunal make their decision.”.
