PART 1 Provisions consequential upon transfer of functions from rent assessment committees for areas in England

Rent Act 1977

17.  In section 72A(1) (amounts attributable to services)—

(a) for “rent assessment committee” substitute “appropriate tribunal”, and

(b) for “committee” substitute “tribunal”.
