PART 1 Provisions consequential upon transfer of functions from rent assessment committees for areas in England

Housing Act 1985

46.  In section 322(1) (minor definitions), after subsection (3) insert—

“(4) In this Part “appropriate tribunal” means—

(a) in relation to premises in England the First-tier Tribunal or, where determined by or under Tribunal Procedure Rules, the Upper Tribunal; and

(b) in relation to premises in Wales, a residential property tribunal.”
