57.  In the Schedule (rights of tenants with respect to insurance), in paragraph 8(2)(1), for “leasehold valuation tribunal” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”.

Paragraph 8 of the Schedule was substituted by section 83 of the Housing Act 1996 (c. 52). There are other amendments to paragraph 8 which are not relevant.
