In section 45(1) (interpretation of Part I), insert at the appropriate alphabetical place—
“appropriate tribunal” means—
- a
in relation to a dwelling-house in England, the First-tier Tribunal or, where determined by or under Tribunal Procedure Rules, the Upper Tribunal;
- b
in relation to a dwelling-house in Wales, a rent assessment committee;
